Hi! I’m Jen, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Metabolic Health Coach.
After more than a decade working in fast paced and high stress Emergency Rooms, I witnessed how chronic stress reshapes the body - often silently. My own experience with burnout led me to study the intersection of stress physiology, metabolism, and long term resilience.
Now I’m on a mission to help people live long, healthy lives. I support clients looking to create sustainable lifestyle changes that promote true longevity and long-term wellness.
